A mere 6 hour bus ride north brought us to Siem Reap, land of the Temples of Angkor. Both Monica and I were excited for this part of the trip because
1. we could enjoy Christmas planted for an extended period of time in a [big] city, and
2. we were scheduled to meet up with Monica's good friends Meagan, Mike and Brent to continue our tour of SE Asia as the fabulous five.
