Hauling it to the Mekong Delta

One thing we've been learning is the need to factor in a day for travel.  Often times the buses leave at a single time so we have to arrange our plans accordingly.  We took a bus from Dalat to Saigon and changed to another bus to Can Tho to head further south into the Mekong Delta.  Luckily buses left hourly to accommodate for our unknown arrival time in Saigon.  Total time: 9 hours.

Arrival in Saigon/HCMC: 2 hour traffic delay.  Motos everywhere.   We only stayed in this big city for 2 hours only to wait for our connecting bus.

Almost there!  Our 5 hour drive turned into 3.5 hours.
